![]() The carpaccio was sliver thin and served with crispy toasts, plum tomatoes, frisée and grated cheese - perfect! Staff was attentive, friendly and totally on the ball, putting all guests to the top of their agendas. Each spoonful was heaven on the tastebuds. The bisque was some of the best I’ve ever had. Didn’t want a full meal, so I ordered the lobster bisque and beef carpaccio. Ended up at the bar of Council Oak, their premier steakhouse restaurant. Tried to find the sushi restaurant to no avail (it's there but this place is big!). After a couple of white cranberry martinis at the very pleasant L Bar, I ventured in search of food. Nonetheless I settled on the video roulette game and ended up winning about $250 after being down $200. I like to play roulette, and, unfortunately, the state of Florida has decided that Roulette is not legal while blackjack and other table games are. ![]() Have been wanting to check out the only casino in the Tampa Bay so decided last minute to drive the hour from my home in Indian Rocks Beach and wander around. ![]()
